Running on auto-pilot
Most of us let our day dictate how our lives should unfold ~ rather than creating with intention the life we want. Our default mode is set to survival. We become such experts at this fight or flight mindset that we don't realise the effect on our mind and body. Until some life challenge stops us in our tracks.
Stepping back so we can stop forward faster
It's time to switch the pause button. To get out of fight or flight. To stop reacting to one external stressor after the other. To enjoy being present right where you are. To focus all your attention and energy in this moment so that you can move into the next experience feeling energised and uplifted.
Living more heart-centred
It is time to reset. As you look at what is not working for you ~ you make what is not working for you unfamiliar. Rather than rushing from one moment to another, you create a space for stillness within you. You let your internal compass guide you rather than relying on external physical cues. Rushing around from one appointment to another. Skimping on when they eat or sleep.
Coaching experience
As a Coach (Communications and Coaching) from The South African College of Applied Psychology, I will help you through this process. To help you make prioritising yourself and self-care a daily habit. To carve out pockets of time even 5 minutes just for yourself.
To look at self-care exercises to help you feel ease and stillness within. I introduce you to living a more heart-centred life with more gratitude and appreciation.
Sessions
- Online sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour on Zoom/Teams
- Include mindfulness activity, reflection and moving towards your desired intentions
- Working through habits and patterns
- Challenging Limiting beliefs and assumptions
- Focus on bringing more joy and passion into your life
