Navigating life as a teen or youth
You’re at an age where you have to deal with changes that come flying in all directions at you. It’s a crucial time when you are vulnerable and trying to figure out life. Past experiences might lead you to share more openly or shut down completely. Being an effective communicator and being able to form connections with others is important. So is being able to trust yourself and the right people with your deepest fears and heartfelt wishes. Letting go of self-judgement and high standards, negative criticism and peer pressure is part of it. Most importantly it is the start of a journey that begins with you. Learning to trust your inner wisdom whether it comes from your heart or gut. Find healthy ways to release stress. Deal with anxiety and conflict. Have the courage to stand up for yourself and know you are worthy and deserving of the best life you can live. Feel safe to move through life and go after your dreams.

Living more heart-centred
When your heart is in the right place everything flows. Your inner compass guides the path in front of you. It helps remind you of your Why and gives you the confidence to go after what you want. We live in a competitive society with a lot of pressure to be perfect. We also are afraid of being judged, humiliated or feeling embarassed for trying. Having more courage and confidence helps you to deal with criticism and to pay attention to the inner critic. When you are more kinder and gentle with yourself. When you practice more self-love you will seek less attention or the need for approval from outside of you.
Coaching experience
As a Coach (Communications and Coaching) from The South African College of Applied Psychology, I will help you through this process. To help you understand yourself better. Help you reflect on your patterns and achieve more clarity on your goals and way forward. Help you align with your career path. Especially help you tap into what makes you happy and what you are passionate about.
We will look at self-care exercises to help you feel ease and stillness within. I introduce you to living a more heart-centred life with more gratitude and appreciation.
