Delivery methods and costs
Standard door-to-door courier: R80.00 and FREE for orders over R800.00
All products are created by hand and personalized to suit each individual. Please factor in additional time for each batch when placing your order.
Collection: FREE collection in Century City, Cape Town, Western Cape. Collection is to be made within 1 week of confirmation that the order is ready for pick-up.
The estimated delivery time will be between 2-7 working days for our standard courier, depending on the delivery address. Extra travel time will be added for remote locations. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

Safety and Allergy guidelines
We have taken every precaution to remove allergen-causing ingredients such as fragrances, essential oils, soy, tree nuts (with exception of coconut and shea butter), corn, maize, oats, wheat, gluten, dairy, tumeric, beeswax, and honey. However, the following safety guidelines should be adhered to before applying Aurora Natural Skincare products:
- Our products do contain oils and butters from natural seeds, nuts and fruit.
- Even products created from natural ingredients can cause adverse skin reactions in susceptible individuals.
- If you have any allergies please read the ingredient label carefully. Avoid the product if allergic to any of the ingredients.
- We also advise people with sensitive skin to perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction.
- Our products are made with natural & organic ingredients. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately.
- If uncertain about potential sensitivities, perform a patch test prior to use or consult your healthcare professional.
- Products and advice by Aurora Natural Skincare make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and is not intended to substitute other therapy or medical advice.
- In the case of pregnancy, nursing or illness, or if under medication, please consult your health care professional.
Returns & Refunds
1. Return and Refund Policy
1.1 Upon receipt of your order, should you decide you no longer want the product(s) please contact us. You need to return your order at your own expense to our physical address (to be confirmed via email) within 7 days of delivery. In order for us to issue you with a return, your products must be in the same condition you received them in, unopened or unused, and in the original packaging.
1.2 To inform us of your return please contact us at hello@auroralovenatural.com. We will need you to attach a copy of your receipt. Alternatively please provide your order number, batch number/s, name, email address, physical address, and phone number) along with your reason for returning the product(s). If your return is accepted, you will receive further info on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1.3 A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method in order to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

2. Defective Goods and Adverse Reactions Return or Refund Policy
2.1 Please check your order properly upon receipt and contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. You can contact us at hello@auroralovenatural.com so that we can assess how best to rectify the situation.
How will we rectify the situation?
We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
2.2 Some products sold on the Website may contain active ingredients and some of these products can cause mild irritation of the skin upon initial use thereof. We thus recommend you refer to our Natural Product Disclaimer which contains our Safety and allergy guidelines. It is advised to initially perform a patch test before using these products not more than three times per week initially and then gradually increasing to the desired use. If You have developed a more severe reaction to any of these products supplied by Us, please contact us on hello@auroralovenatural.com. We will do our best to resolve any adverse reactions. Refunds on products causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
3.1 Products must have been purchased directly from Us. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
3.2 Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
3.3 We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products.
3.4 Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
3.5 Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
